5T Hydraulic Decoiler → Guiding Device → Embossing Roller → Roll Former → Hydraulic Cutter → Output Table
Steel coils are uncoiled and guided into an embossing roller that adds mechanical patterns for better concrete adhesion. The material is then formed through 24 rolling stations and precisely cut to length with a hydraulic cutter. This setup ensures consistent profile accuracy and bonding performance in floor decking applications.
